Sheron Patrick is a 4th generation Alaskan whose family is one of the original families who settled in Alaska in 1935. He grew up in Palmer, Alaska a small farming community about 45 miles north of Anchorage. Upon graduating high school, he joined the United States Marine Corps where he served four years as an infantry and reconnaissance Marine. After his active duty service, he stayed on as a Reservist and joined the Alaskan workforce. Starting off in the hotel hospitality industry he found a love of helping and working with people. He continued to work in restaurants where he worked every front of house position from bussing and hosting to serving, bartending and eventually managing. The past several years he has run the food and beverage and marketing departments for some of Alaska’s premier culinary establishments. Which led him to his current position with the BBB. When he is not working you can find him doing anything outdoors. His love for Alaska and all she has to offer keeps him very busy with hiking, camping, skiing, snowboarding and any other winter or summer outdoor activity. If he must stay indoors then he loves to build his incredible sock collection (Over 500 pairs) any and all types of food, good wine and is never one to shy away from a Karaoke challenge.
